Do I need to be home for you to clean my home?
No. Our ckeaning professionals work on a typical work week schedule, and many of our clients are gone when we arrive. In these cases, we're provided a spare key or a door or garage code to let ourselves in and lock up when we're leave.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
That's not a problem. Please let us know at least 2 business days in advance of your scheduled cleaning appointment and we'll do our best to shift your schedule.
If we receive less than 2 business days' notice or we cannot access your home, we may charge you the full price of your cleaning. Please reach out to discuss your particular situation.
When rescheduling or canceling a cleaning, please contact us directly and not your individual cleaners. You may call us at 720-208-5951 or use the convenient contact form on our contact page.
What if I have pets?
We love pets, as long as they are friendly and do not pose a threat to our workers or the animal. Please let us know if you have pets in the home and be home when we meet your pets for the first time!
